Poshmark recently updated its Terms of Service (TOS), specifically addressing excessive listing removal and relisting practices. These updates aim to ensure genuine seller activity, marketplace fairness, and an optimal experience for buyers. The use of sharing tools, however, continues to fall under Poshmark’s community guidelines, which remain unchanged.

What’s Allowed According to the New Policy:
Poshmark encourages sellers to refresh listings that are older than 60 days, improve listing quality (such as updating titles, photos, or descriptions), use in-app features like Price Drop and Offer to Likers, and remove unavailable items. The Copy Listing feature is permitted if used responsibly after the 60-day window.

- Excessive Removal and Relisting: Frequently removing and relisting the same items within 60 days
- Unfair Search Advantages: Manipulating search visibility unfairly, including automated mass-relisting and spam bot behavior
- Automated Sharing Bots: Any software automating activities beyond what regular sellers can replicate
