Etsy has officially raised the photo limit to 20 images per listing, giving sellers more room for detail shots, angles, and product variations that help shoppers feel confident before buying.

What Changed on Etsy
In August 2025, Etsy quietly expanded the image limit for all listings from 10 to 20 photos—the first major photo capacity increase in years. According to Etsy’s official documentation, sellers can now attach “up to 20 photos and 1 video per listing” directly from the listing form.
Etsy’s image guidelines emphasize that using multiple photos can improve conversion, buyer confidence, and visibility. They also recommend high-resolution images (at least 2000 px on the longest side) and note that your first photo should be at least 635 px wide to avoid being deprioritized in search results.
