When we say “every stage,” we mean all of it.

List Perfectly was built because too many tools in this industry assume there’s only one way to resell — and one kind of reseller worth building for. That assumption leaves too many people out.

Our mission has always been to do the opposite.

Why List Perfectly Exists

List Perfectly exists to make online selling accessible, profitable, and scalable — without forcing resellers into rigid workflows, long-term contracts, or pricing structures that work against them.

From the very beginning, we believed resellers should not have to change how they run their business to fit a piece of software. The tool should adapt to the reseller — not the other way around.

That belief still drives how we build today.

What “Every Stage” Really Means to Us

Reselling doesn’t scale in a straight line.

People list a few items on weekends. Some pause and restart throughout the year. Some are experimenting with new marketplaces. Others are expanding an established brick-and-mortar business online using the same inventory.

All of those approaches are valid.

List Perfectly is intentionally built to support hobby resellers, casual and part-time sellers, seasonal resellers, hybrid sellers with physical stores, and full-time multi-marketplace businesses — without asking any of them to “graduate” into a different system just to keep going.

We Don’t Believe in One “Correct” Way to List

One of the biggest gaps in reselling software is the idea that everyone should follow the same listing process.

We don’t believe that.

Every reseller works differently. Some prefer listing directly to marketplaces. Others crosslist marketplace to marketplace. Some rely on spreadsheets. Some batch upload. Some work with platforms that aren’t directly integrated but still accept spreadsheet uploads.

That’s why List Perfectly was designed to be flexible by default.

Resellers can list from List Perfectly to marketplaces, crosslist between marketplaces, or use Smart Spreadsheets with images to upload thousands of listings in seconds — even to platforms that don’t have direct integrations. The goal has never been to control how people list, but to support how they already work.

Flexibility Is the Foundation — Not an Add-On

Resellers don’t all source the same way, list the same way, or grow the same way. A tool that only works one way eventually becomes a limitation.

List Perfectly is built so resellers can adapt as their business changes, test new marketplaces without rebuilding systems, and scale without starting over every time something shifts.

That flexibility is not a feature upgrade.
It’s part of the mission.

Affordability Means Avoiding Traps

Affordability isn’t about advertising a low price. It’s about what happens after you commit.

Many resellers are pushed into annual contracts just to get a reasonable rate, only to realize later that basic actions — importing, bulk updates, delisting and relisting, or automation — come with extra fees. Once locked in, flexibility disappears, and costs increase as the business grows.

That’s not how we believe reselling tools should work.

A Promise We Made — and Continue to Keep

Back in 2019, we made a commitment to resellers: we would continue improving List Perfectly without turning growth into a pricing penalty.

That wasn’t marketing language. It was a design decision.

Since then, we’ve continued adding features across all plans, expanding functionality, and supporting more marketplaces — without raising prices. Most recently, we added Whatnot and Vinted to all plans, giving resellers more reach without asking them to pay more just to participate.

Here we are in 2026, still honoring that same promise.

That consistency is intentional. It reflects how seriously we take long-term trust.
