A Journey of Love, Legacy, and Reseller Community
When our dear friend Diane Lassonde passed away, the reseller community lost a cherished leader, mentor, and friend. Diane’s passion for reselling and building connections had inspired thousands. To honor her life and continue her mission, List Perfectly and eBay proudly supported the Reseller Road Trip Across America—a cross-country tribute moving Diane’s inventory from Boston to Las Vegas.
This road trip wasn’t just about transferring inventory—it became a rolling celebration of community, resilience, and Diane’s unwavering belief in helping others grow their businesses.
Taking Diane Along for the Ride
We knew Diane wouldn’t have wanted to miss the fun—so we made sure she didn’t. With her family’s blessing, we created the one and only “Diane on a Stick” to join every meetup, mastermind, and thrift haul. She ended up front row at every stop, photobombing with pride—just as she would have loved.

10 Cities, 1 Mission: Empower Resellers
The Reseller Road Trip wound through 10 vibrant cities, each packed with eBay meetup groups and passionate sellers:
- Boston, MA (Rockland): Where it all began, and Diane’s inventory journey kicked off—with Diane on a Stick practically waving at everyone.
- Silver Springs, MD: Mid-Atlantic resellers shared tips, stories, and a few curious glances at our cardboard Diane.
- Pittsburgh, PA: Community dinners and reseller networking; Starr, Vikki, and Trish swapped Diane stories.
- Alliance, OH: Supporting a vibrant seller community with Diane on a Stick cheering everyone on.
- Chicago, IL: Thrifting meetups and morning masterminds—Diane’s head joined every photo op.
- Des Moines, IA: Midwestern reseller sessions, not yet a meetup but new meeting leaders volunteered! Diane would LOVE that!
- Kansas City, MO: Live Q&A events and connection-building—Diane’s grin lighting up the room.
- Denver, CO: Thrift hauls, List Perfectly demos, and Diane on a Stick popping up in carts.
- St. George, UT: Story-sharing and community bonding, plus another new meeting leader emerged. Diane would think Jill would do a great job.
- Las Vegas, NV: A final celebration and handoff of Diane’s legacy to Vikki Zilverberg—with Diane’s stick-head helping with the presentation!
Hosting Masterminds and Inspiring Resellers
Along the route, Trish Glenn, Director of Events & Education, and Vikki Zilverberg hosted:

They shared best practices, sourcing strategies, and showed how tools like List Perfectly simplified large-scale inventory management—something Diane would have adored (and probably demanded demos of, head on a stick or not).

Diane’s Enduring Legacy: The FearLESS Living Fund
When Diane was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, she made the selfless decision to dedicate her remaining time to something meaningful. That vision became the FearLESS Living Fund—a nonprofit supporting both resellers and the Blind Center of Nevada.
“Diane believed reselling was an occupation anyone could do. She believed in a hand up, not a hand out.”
How the Fund Helps:

- ✅ Grants and tools to help resellers attend educational events Diane believed in

Joining the Ride—Even from Afar
We invited everyone to follow along through the List Perfectly blog and social media. Sellers near each stop came out to celebrate Diane’s legacy, laugh with Diane on a Stick, and continue her mission of empowering resellers everywhere.
And let’s be honest—Diane would have thought it was absolutely hilarious seeing herself carted around on a stick across America. Hopefully, Trish, Vikki, and Diane on a Stick will do this again soon—no inventory to deliver, but lots of information, knowledge, and reseller love to share.
