Greetings, savvy sellers! The holiday season is upon us, and to make sure your items reach their destination in time, here are the United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping deadlines for 2023.

Please note that these dates apply to shipments within the Lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Within the Lower 48 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Dec. 16
  • First-Class Mail (including greeting cards) — Dec. 16
  • Priority Mail — Dec. 18
  • Priority Mail Express — Dec. 20

For Alaska

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Dec. 16
  • First-Class Mail — Dec. 16
  • Priority Mail — Dec. 18
  • Priority Mail Express — Dec. 20

For Hawaii

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Dec. 16
  • First-Class Mail — Dec. 16
  • Priority Mail — Dec. 16
  • Priority Mail Express — Dec. 20

For Air/Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO)
