Auto-Delist
The Auto-Delist feature is a powerful tool designed to automate the delisting process for active listings across supported platforms. All linked active listings are ended once the sale has been detected by List Perfectly. Not just one or two marketplaces, but ALL of List Perfectly’s supported marketplaces including Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Grailed, Kidizen, Mercari, Poshmark, and Vestiaire Collective. The anxiety and fear of over-selling is no more. You no longer have to worry about selling an item more than once.
List Perfectly knows that this fear is real and wants to make this fear a thing of the past, so they developed Auto-Delist. Because of this innovative feature developed by List Perfectly, you can go about your day worry-free, knowing that List Perfectly is going to have your back. List Perfectly will take care of your sold items for you, and duplicate sales will be a distant memory.
If you have been hesitant to crosspost because you were concerned about double selling, hesitate no more. You will now be able to crosspost without fear and go about your day without stopping to check your sales. We all know that sinking feeling when you realize you have to inform one of your buyers that an item is no longer available. Not only does that make us feel bad, but it also diminishes a buyer’s trust. By having Auto-Delist, you will be able to foster trust and customer loyalty with your buyers.
List Perfectly is the FIRST company to ever launch this innovative feature on ALL of their supported marketplaces. You will now be able to steer clear of duplicate sales and avoid putting your marketplace accounts in jeopardy by having to cancel multiple transactions.
You also can utilize a status menu in List Perfectly to monitor the progress of Auto-Delist. Check the “In progress” tab for real-time updates when a sale is detected. Completed listings will move to the “Completed” tab and in case of issues or errors, refer to the “Error” tab for messaging and troubleshooting.
Issue Finder
Another new feature just released by List Perfectly is Issue Finder, a scan that analyzes the current statuses of your linked marketplace listings and allows you to receive real-time updates so you can resolve issues if there are any. Issue Finder will identify potential issues across different scenarios and will alert you to the following discrepancies:
Empty IDs – Status Selected, No ID Saved
Indicates a marketplace status is set in List Perfectly, but no marketplace ID is saved for that specific listing.
Marketplace Status Selected, No ACTIVE Listing Found
Occurs when a marketplace status is selected, but no active listing is found on the marketplace for the ID that is saved to List Perfectly.
Marketplace NOT Selected, ACTIVE Listing Found
Happens when no marketplace status is selected, but an active listing is found based on the ID saved to List Perfectly.
Sold Status Selected, ACTIVE Listing Found
Indicates a sold status is applied in List Perfectly, but an active listing is found on the marketplace for that saved ID.
Unable to Check Status OR Listing Not Found
Occurs when List Perfectly cannot check the status of a listing or the listing is not found on the marketplace.
Once Issue Finder is complete, you receive a timestamp so you can refer back to that information when you want to see when Issue Finder was previously run. Using Issue Finder will help you keep your listings healthy, and connected and enable you to continue to effectively use all of List Perfectly inventory management features.
