Listings are the name for the items or goods you add or import to your LP Catalog. Each plan comes with unlimited listings for $0 extra.
Bulk (aka multiple) refers to bulk listings, or crossposts vs. one by one. With List Perfectly’s Business or Pro Plan you can bulk crosspost listings vs. one by one.
Information (aka item specifics or details) refers to the fields and content copied by List Perfectly during crossposting. The amount of information crossposted depends on your List Perfectly plan, but always includes photos, titles, and descriptions.
Footers (aka endings) refer to the bottom of your listing description on any platform or marketplace. With List Perfectly’s Pro Plan you can create unique custom footers for each specific platform or marketplace. Custom footers are a great place to add your business policies or payment instructions.
Delist (aka remove) means to end your listing(s) on platforms without Marking SOLD, which would be tracked differently in your List Perfectly analytics. Relist (aka repost) means to recreate and optimize the listing on your platforms or marketplaces. Sellers love to use List Perfectly’s Delist / Relist to optimize and refresh stale listings, and change some details like the title or photos to give their listings a fresh new look. Only on List Perfectly can you Delist and Relist at any time, you do not need to do both at the same time. This gives you complete control of the Delist / Relist process.
Mark SOLD means to remove sold listings from platforms or marketplaces with List Perfectly.
This is an optional setting in List Perfectly that you turn on or off, giving you complete control of image management. Auto-Image Resize (for listings in your LP Catalog only) means List Perfectly will edit the dimensions or sizing of your photos to fit each platforms’ or marketplaces’ requirements. For example, if you upload a rectangular photo to your LP Catalog and crosspost to Poshmark, List Perfectly will Auto-Image Resize your photos to square without cropping by adding a white border.
Templates are reusable forms that make it faster than ever to create a new listing and / or Add Listings to your LP Catalog. List Perfectly templates eliminate the need to retype repetitive information and save you tons of time. You can add new templates natively or turn one of your active listings into a reusable template. Example: Add a “Bottoms” template to avoid entering the same information every time you list pants or skirts.
Titles are the headers you use to name your listings. When you Add Listings to your LP Catalog, you can create different titles for Poshmark, Ebay, and Etsy that speak to each platform and marketplaces’ unique customers.
Analytics (aka Insights) are essential data and charts for informing your business growth including best performing platforms, highest grossing products, overall sales data (monthly and yearly performance), and more.
CSV Downloads contain a spreadsheet-friendly “.CSV file” view of your analytics, images, products, sales, and data. These .CSV files are helpful for doing taxes and can even be used to upload listings to platforms List Perfectly does not yet support such as WooCommerce or Big Commerce.
Store up to 30 high resolution images per product / listing in your LP Catalog.
This simply means if you have multiple accounts or profiles on the same platform or marketplace. For example you may have ONE Shopify store for clothes, and ANOTHER Shopify store for home goods.
Draft listings are for listing that are still needing work, unlisted, or not ready to be crossposted, etc. When a listing is a draft you will be able to view them in a designated section by selecting the Draft Listings button from the LP Catalog.
