We didn’t arrive at PoshFest as headliners. We showed up as resellers with a bootstrapped product and one plan: listen first. PoshFest gave us the space to do exactly that—and those in-person conversations turned an underdog beginning into years of sponsorship.
2019 — Phoenix: four resellers, one clear mission
Only Amanda, Clara, Teresa, and Trish attended. Our goal was to understand Poshmark resellers—how they work, where time gets lost, and what would truly help. We hosted a small pre-PoshFest get-together in Phoenix and met Manish for the first time. It was also one of the biggest PoshFests we’ve attended, packed with announcements like short videos for Posh Stories and My Inventory Report to help resellers manage inventory. That weekend set our direction: build for the Poshmark community, with the Poshmark community.
2020 — PoshFest goes fully virtual
Poshmark held its first fully virtual annual conference, letting Poshers tune in from home. We stayed close online and kept building around what the community needed.
2021 — Hybrid year (Orlando + virtual) and our own virtual party
PoshFest moved to a hybrid model in October with the theme Connection. The Florida in-person event sold out fast, and the LP team did not attend in person. Instead, we hosted a virtual party for resellers who couldn’t make it to Orlando—our first big community gathering with 200+ attendees. This was also the season List Perfectly was truly going viral, and Poshmark spotlighted the live, auction-style selling that would become Posh Shows.
2022 — Houston: the turning point
We attended as a team (still not sponsors) and the energy was undeniable. Meeting resellers face-to-face and hearing workflows in detail made something click for Clara: next year, we sponsor—and we show up bigger for this community.
2023 — San Diego: List Perfectly becomes Main Gold Sponsors
We became the main sponsors of Poshfest along with Visa. On stage and in sessions, Posh Shows took center stage, while Poshmark’s NAVER acquisition marked a new chapter for the platform. Sponsoring cemented our promise to reinvest in the community that helped us grow.
2024 — Nashville: sponsors again, with favorite announcements
We returned as sponsors with an even larger List Perfectly presence, joined by many Mastermind Listing Party members. Two announcements stood out to us: the Posh Parties Consignment Closet and AI Smart Lister—both pointing to smarter listing flows and new ways to serve customers. They’re perfect complements to how resellers already use List Perfectly to scale responsibly.
2025 — San Jose: sponsors again, bringing more
We’re heading to San Jose as in-person sponsors—again—and we’re bringing:
- Giveaways & meetups that make connection easy
- New List Perfectly features you can put to work right away
- Upgraded, compliant Poshmark tools for consistent, scalable closet activity
- Delist/Relist & Auto Delist workflows tuned for visibility and accuracy
- Compliance you can trust: to date, not a single List Perfectly user was affected by Poshmark’s Excessive Listing Removal Policy
Why these in-person Poshmark events still matter
- You learn faster. Five minutes face-to-face beats months of messages.
- You build better. Real-time reactions sharpen features.
- You find your people. Values show up in the hallway, not just the headline.
We started as resellers walking into PoshFest to listen. Today we return as sponsors, grateful to the Poshmark community that believed in us—and excited to keep building for you. If you’ll be in San Jose, come say hello. Tell us your story. Let’s keep growing this together.
