Have you ever wondered about features of List Perfectly that you might not know about? How about hacks that can get you from one place to the other even quicker? Here, we will discuss some of these tips and dive right into the world of List Perfectly hacks.
Close tabs
If you have just finished crossposting and want to close your open tabs, just right-click on the tab to the left of the ones you would like to close. On the drop-down menu, select “Close tabs to the right.”
Note: Always make sure all List Perfectly tabs have finished loading, and you’ve received confirmation messages before you close all of these tabs.
List Perfectly Mobile
For List Perfectly Mobile, you can add List Perfectly to your home screen. This will allow you to quickly open List Perfectly on your mobile device. The following instructions are for Apple devices but it is the same concept for Android devices. First, launch any browser on your mobile device. Then, navigate to app.listperfectly.com and tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out) at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen.
If you would like, you can name your site link. This will be the title that appears beneath its icon on your home screen.
Your new List Perfectly shortcut will appear in the next available space on your device’s home screen.
Hide sold listings in List Perfectly
Do you want to hide your sold listings in List Perfectly? You can do this by using the Listing Filter. Your sold listings will remain in place but you can “hide” them so they aren’t visible in your catalog. This option can be changed at any time.
To change this setting, just go to the top navigation menu of List Perfectly and choose “Account” → “My Account” → “Settings”.
Scroll down to “Listing Filter” and make your selection.
ALL LISTINGS = Display ALL saved listings in your catalog view.
NOT SOLD LISTINGS = Display ONLY listings that do NOT have a “SOLD” status saved to them.
Scroll down and save your changes.
Custom Footers Feature
Using the Custom Footers Feature is also a great hack. Custom Footers, available on the Pro Plan, can be created for each individual supported platform and when you crosspost, List Perfectly will add your Custom Footers automatically to the bottom of your listing description on each platform. The information you add to the Custom Footer can be different for each platform so they are fully customizable for each one.
To set up your Custom Footers, visit “My Account” from the main menu or go to the drop-down menus at the top of your List Perfectly catalog and choose “Account” → “My Account” → “Settings.” Then, scroll down to the Custom Description Footers section and enter your custom message for each marketplace that you would like to use Custom Footers on. Then, click on the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of this page. Moving forward, every time you crosspost to that specific marketplace, your custom footer will be added to the bottom of the description field.
CSV spreadsheet downloads
Using CSV spreadsheet downloads from List Perfectly is another great tip. You can download unlimited spreadsheets from List Perfectly and upload them to sites like Whatnot, OfferUp, Wix or any other site that accepts spreadsheet uploads. To learn more about this hack, click here.
Custom Title Feature
Another List Perfectly hack that is very helpful is to use the Custom Title Feature. You can create specific titles for your listings for different marketplaces directly from your List Perfectly Catalog. Adjusting your title to appeal to specific marketplace algorithms can help get your items seen by more potential buyers and possibly even sell more quickly. Crosspost to multiple accounts on the same marketplace
Did you know you can crosspost to multiple accounts on the same marketplace? For instance, if you have more than one eBay store, you can import and crosspost to multiple eBay accounts with any List Perfectly plan. This feature is 100% compliant with each marketplace’s terms of service, and with List Perfectly, you never have to share your login or passwords. To learn how to use this feature, click here.

Listing Party is accessible with any List Perfectly plan, and I’ve heard a lot of people say that the subscription alone is worth it just to have access to this awesome resource (and I wholeheartedly agree!).
