eBay Seller Protections are in place for sellers impacted by recent tornadoes
If your business is impacted, eBay will automatically protect your seller performance, including:
- Your Late Shipment Rate (LSR) defects
- Your valid tracking upload rate
- Item Not Received (INR) count due to late delivery along with any related Negative or Neutral Feedback if you uploaded tracking before the case was opened and have a physical scan from the carrier

Last week, over 2,000 sellers joined Dawn Block, eBay’s vice president of the U.S. Market, as she kicked off the first virtual event in eBay’s 2025 Seller Check-In series. The two-hour event featured key updates, deep dives into product news, and a discussion on AI with eBay seller Amanda Rowland from KrazyKatCollections. Not to mention, eBay hosted four insightful breakouts with live Q&A and eight seller-led networking sessions!
