To use the Help Center, head over to our website and search for the topic you’re dealing with. The search function lets you browse many helpful articles, often immediately giving you the answers you need. But if you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, don’t worry! We’ve made it easy to contact support directly.
Look for the bubble at the bottom-right corner of any page on our website or in any Help Center article. Click on it, select “Messages,” then choose “Contact Us.” You’ll be guided through a quick process where our virtual assistant will first try to help by offering solutions from our guides. If you still need further assistance, you can quickly escalate to speak with a real person by choosing “Talk to a Human,” and your message will be routed to our USA-based reseller support team.
And don’t worry about being on a mobile device – accessing the Help Center is just as easy! On your phone, hit the Menu button, then navigate to “Help & Support” > “Guide to List Perfectly” > “Contact Us.”
Just remember that our virtual assistant handles the live chat. When your message is routed to our team, it may take a few hours to receive a reply, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Join a Customer Support Call on Listing Party
If you’re more of a “talk it out” person, we’ve got just the thing. List Perfectly offers live customer support through Customer Support 411 sessions, held every weekday on our Listing Party platform.

To join, visit Listing Party and log in using your List Perfectly account credentials. If you haven’t created a profile yet, don’t worry – it only takes a minute. Once logged in, head over to the Events tab, where you’ll find all the scheduled Customer Support 411 sessions. These events happen every weekday, so you can pick a time that works best for you.
When the session goes live, join the call, ask your questions, and get help right there in real-time. It’s like having a personal tech support team at your fingertips!
