Recently, Mercari added 4 x 6-inch labels to their pre-paid shipping label options. This is big news for Mercari sellers who have wanted the 4 x 6-inch label option for their thermal printers.
Thank you, Mercari! Your sellers spoke, and you listened.
You can now choose between two sizes of shipping labels on Mercari: 8.5 x 11 inches (best for inkjet and laser printers) and 4 x 6 inches (best for thermal printers).
To select your preferred paper size, navigate to your Order Status page.
Then, scroll to “Shipping Information” and then “Label.”
Tap on “Set paper size” and select your preferred paper size. Then tap “Save.”
You’ll see your saved paper size option on your Order Status page.
You are now ready to print your label!
